摘　　要：北方005是以BFZY007为母本,以P4品系为父本杂交选育而成的高产鲜食马铃薯新品种。生育期94 d(天)左右,株型直立,株高83 cm左右,生长势强。薯块圆形,薯皮略麻,芽眼浅,淡黄皮白肉,结薯集中,单薯质量约168.5 g。干物质含量为21.15%,淀粉含量为15.63%,VC含量为0.1336 mg·g^(-1),粗蛋白含量为2.44%,还原糖含量为0.30%。高感晚疫病,抗PVX、PVY病毒病,平均每667 m^(2)产量3000 kg左右,适宜在河北张家口、承德等地一季作区种植。‘Beifang 005’is a high-yielding and fresh market potato variety bred by crossing‘BFZY007’as female parent and‘P4’line as male parent.Its growth period is about 94 days.The plant is of up-right type.It is about 83 cm in height.The plant has strong growth vigor.Its tuber is of round shape with slightly rough and light yellow peel,white flesh and shallow bud eyes.It can bear tuber concentratedly.The single tuber weight is about 168.5 g.The dry matter content is 21.15%,starch content is 15.63%,VC content is 0.1336 mg·g^(-1),crude protein content is 2.44%,and reducing sugar content is 0.30%.It is highly susceptible to late blight,and resistant to PVX and PVY virus diseases.Averagely it can yield about 45 t·hm^(-2).It is suitable for planting in Zhangjiakou,Chengde and the other one crop per year regions in Hebei Province.
