摘 要:针对列车制动系统传统整体仿真模型,随着编组的加长,模型状态数增加,仿真速度变慢的问题,以动力集中动车组制动系统为例,依据AMESim软件提供的并行及分区仿真方法,在建立机车、客车车辆制动系统模型基础上,利用AMESim软件自带的联合仿真元件,构建列车制动系统分布式仿真模型。通过在列车编组定置试验台上进行试验,对比实际试验与仿真分析结果,验证了分布式仿真方法的有效性。在获得相同仿真准确性的条件下,可比传统方法大大减少仿真时间。该分布式仿真方法为提高具有大状态数模型的长大列车制动系统的仿真速度提供了一种新的思路。Aiming at the issue of the traditional centralized simulation model of train braking system,the number of model states increases with the lengthening of train formation,which makes the simulation speed slow down.Taking the concentrated power EMU braking system as an example,according to the parallel and partition simulation method provided by AMESim software,the distributed simulation model of train braking system was constructed by using the AMESim software’s co-simulation components after establishing the model of locomotive and passenger car braking system.Finally,through the experiment on the train braking test rig,the effectiveness of the distributed simulation method was verified by comparing the actual test results with the simulation analysis results.With the same simulation accuracy,the simulation time can be greatly reduced compared with the traditional methods.The distributed simulation method provides a new idea to improve the simulation speed for long and heavy-haul train braking system with large state number model.
