摘  要:文中介绍了地面供电模块、受电靴工作机理、技术参数和安全设计;针对供电模块内部短路问题进行了磁场力、振动仿真分析和设计改进。阐述了多子单元供电的模块设计方案,通过模块分段连续铺设形成子单元无限循环输出的供电方式,实现系统稳定输出。1000多天的载客应用表明,这种地面供电模块额定电压DC 750 V,最大工作电流1000 A,能够满足车辆设计最高运行速度70 km/h要求,安全性得到验证。该项技术研究实现了有轨电车磁力重力式地面供电方式的应用,为开展有轨电车地面供电技术研究提供了借鉴。This paper introduces the working mechanism,technical parameters and safety design of the ground power supply module and the receiving shoe.According to the internal short circuit of power supply module,the magnetic field force and vibration simulation analysis and design improvement are carried out.The paper also expounds the module design scheme of multi sub unit power supply.The power supply mode of sub unit infinite cycle output is formed through the continuous laying of modules,so as to realize the stable output of the system.The passenger carrying application for more than 1000 days shows that the ground power supply module with rated voltage of DC 750 V and maximum working current of 1000 A,can meet the requirements of the maximum design running speed of 70 km per hour,and its safety has been verified.This technical research has achieved the application of the tram magnetic gravity ground power supply mode,and provides a reference for the research on the tram ground power supply technology.
