摘  要:为了探索植株在钙镁铁亏缺条件下的生长和生理响应,为缺素诊断和合理施肥提供依据,通过水培试验研究了K326在钙、镁、铁亏缺条件下培养35 d,烟株农艺性状、烟叶抗氧化酶活性及生物量的变化情况。结果表明:培养35 d时,缺钙、缺镁、缺铁处理的株高分别比CK降低了35.97%、0.32%和4.60%,叶片数分别比CK降低了66.67%、14.89%和14.89%,叶面积分别比CK降低了82.51%、13.03%和8.89%,其中缺钙处理与CK的差异达显著水平;缺钙处理的烤烟整株鲜重、根鲜重、根系体积和根系活力显著低于CK,缺镁和缺铁处理的烤烟整株鲜重与CK差异不显著,其根鲜重、根系体积和根系活力显著低于CK;缺钙培养对烟叶CAT活性的影响无明显规律,但整体上提高了烟叶POD活性;缺镁培养提高了烟叶CAT活性,降低了烟叶POD活性;缺铁培养对烟叶CAT活性的影响无明显规律,但降低了烟叶POD活性。This study aims to explore the growth and physiological response of tobacco to single calcium,magnesium and iron deficiency,so as to provide basis for element deficiency diagnosis and rational fertilization.The changes in agronomic traits,antioxidant enzyme activity and biomass of K326 tobacco plants under the conditions of single deficiency of calcium,magnesium and iron were studied by a 35-day hydroponic culture experiment.The results showed that after 35 days of stress,the plant height in calcium,magnesium and iron deficiency decreased by 35.97%,0.32%and 4.60%,the number of leaves decreased by 66.67%,14.89%and 14.89%,and the leaf area decreased by 82.51%,13.03%and 8.89%,respectively compared with CK(whole nutrients).The calcium deficiency treatment was significantly lower than CK in the whole plant fresh weight,root fresh weight,root volume and root activity.The magnesium and iron deficiency treatments were not significantly different from CK in the whole plant fresh weight,but were significantly lower than CK in the root fresh weight,root volume and root activity.Calcium deficiency had no obviously regular influence on CAT activity in different determination periods,but increased POD activity in general.Magnesium deficiency increased CAT activity and decreased POD activity.Iron deficiency had no obviously regular influence on CAT activity,but decreased POD activity.
