摘  要:针对运载火箭垂直返回着陆机构方案进行研究,用图论分析、拓扑分析等方法,对不同着陆机构设计方案进行了对比分析,开展着陆机构构型方案优选。以高可靠性为目标,确定了单闭环链的机构方案;以高效率为目标,确定了相关运动副选择方案;兼顾考虑机构能源简化性等因素,提出了一种基于榫锁锁定形式的新式着陆机构设计方案。研究成果可为重复使用运载火箭垂直返回着陆机构研制提供方案参考和技术支持。Research on the scheme of the vertical landing mechanism of the launch vehicle was done and the design schemes of different landing mechanisms were analyzed and optimized through such methods as graph theory analysis and topology analysis.For a high reliability,the mechanism scheme of a single closed-loop chain was determined.To achieve the goal of a high efficiency,the relevant motion pair selection scheme was determined.Considering the simplification of mechanism energy and other factors,a new design scheme of landing mechanism based on mortise lock was proposed.The research results can provide reference and technical support for the development of the vertical landing mechanism of the reusable launch vehicle.
