摘  要:多工器是天线共用系统的重要器件,能够保证同一副天线下的多部设备互不干扰。针对750~950 MHz频段集群通信、移动电信、数据链等多种业务的天线共用需求,设计了一款通带带宽为11MHz的五工器。利用高频结构仿真器(HFSS)电磁仿真软件和ADS电路仿真软件对所设计的五工器性能进行了仿真。仿真结果显示所设计的五工器带内插入损耗小于0.7dB。加工制作了五工器实物,通带频率仿真与实测结果一致性较好,实测通带内插入损耗最大为0.8dB,带宽为3dB时,最大插入损耗为19MHz。测试结果表明所设计的五工器满足使用要求。Multiplexer is an important component of the antenna sharing system which can avoid interference among working channels of multiple devices under the same antenna.Aimming at the demand of antenna sharing for cluster communication,mobile telecommunication,data link and various services in the frequency band of 750~950 MHz,a five-plexer with bandwidth of 11 MHz is designed.This paper uses the electromagnetic simulation software of high frequency structure simulator(HFSS)and ADS circuit simulation software to simulate the performance of designed fiveplexer.The simulation results show that the in-band insertion loss of the designed five-plexer is less than 0.7 dB.The actual five-plexer is fabricated,and the passband frequency simulation is in good agreement with the actual measurement results.The maximum insertion loss in the measured passband is 0.8 dB,and when the bandwidth is 3 dB,the maximum insertion loss is 19 MHz.The measured results show that the designed five-plexer can satisfy the operating requirement.
