摘 要:目的 构建临床护理教学多源反馈评价体系,并探讨其应用效果。方法 将2021年8月-12月在吉林大学中日联谊医院实习的46名护理学生随机分为2组,每组23人。对照组采用传统临床实习带教模式,试验组采用基于多源反馈评价体系的带教模式。通过理论考试,操作考试DOPS评分、自我导向学习评定、患者满意度调查、教学效果评价来评估教学效果。结果 2组出科时试验组理论考试成绩(85.48±5.73)分、操作考试成绩(80.17±4.08)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的自我导向学习能力评定结果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对教学效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床护理教学多源反馈评价体系有助于提高学生学习主动性,有助于提高患者满意度,有助于促进教学质量持续改进。Objective To construct a multi-source feedback evaluation system for the clinical nursing teaching and to explore its application e?ect.Methods Forty-six nursing students who practiced in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from August to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 23 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical internship teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the teaching mode based on the multi-source feedback evaluation system.The teaching e?ect was evaluated by the written examination,the DOPS score of an operational examination,the Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning,the patient satisfaction survey,and the teaching e?ect evaluation.Results The scores of the theoretical examination (85.48±5.73) and the operational examination (80.17±4.08) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the time of discharge (P<0.05).The results of the self-directed learning ability assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The experimental group was more satis?ed with the teaching e?ect than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-source feedback evaluation system of the clinical nursing teaching helps improve students’ learning initiative,improve the patient satisfaction,and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
