摘  要:针对卧式离心泵工作环境恶劣、常发生故障以及现有诊断系统功能不完善等问题,根据离心泵异常振动的时域特征与频域特征,设计基于LabVIEW平台的卧式离心泵状态监测与故障诊断系统。该系统通过采集模拟电压信号,实现对泵的压力、振动和流量等信号的实时处理与状态监测,基于轴心轨迹、时频分析、小波包-AR谱分析和神经网络的故障诊断方法,对离心泵振动信号进行多样化的数据综合分析,实现对泵转子部件与滚动轴承状态的智能化识别。试验结果表明,系统对离心泵的水力性能和健康状态的诊断与预测的成功率达到96%以上。这对机组运行工况的调整和停机检修维护的决策提供了理论依据,在保证机组安全的同时最大程度地降低了停机时间,减少了机组运行的维护成本。In view of the problems such as the harsh working environment of horizontal centrifugal pumps,frequent failures and the imperfect functions of existing diagnostic systems,this paper designs a state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for horizontal centrifugal pumps based on the time domain characteristics and frequency domain characteristics of abnormal vibration of centrifugal pumps based on Lab-VIEW platform.The methods of axis trajectory,time-frequency analysis,wavelet packet AR spectrum analysis and neural network are applied to the system.The test of single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump is confirmed that the system can monitor and diagnose the hydraulic performance and health state of centrifugal.The application of the system has a certain practical significance for the safety of the unit.The system can reduce the shutdown time and the operation and maintenance cost.
