阿司匹林预处理联合阿替普酶溶栓在急性脑梗死治疗中的临床应用及对患者神经功能、生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究阿司匹林预处理联合阿替普酶溶栓在急性脑梗死(ACI)治疗中的临床应用及对患者神经功能、生活能力的影响。方法方便选取2019年1月—2021年7月该院收治的ACI患者95例,采用信封法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48),对照组阿替普酶溶栓给予治疗,观察组实施阿司匹林预处理+阿替普酶溶栓治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组溶栓治疗后24 h、7 d、14 d的NIHSS评分[(4.24±0.88)分、(2.13±0.66)分、(1.35±0.33)分]均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.019、19.673、22.082,P<0.001);观察组患者溶栓治疗后3、7、14、30 d的BI评分[(46.35±2.63)分、(60.32±3.46)分、(71.21±3.25)分、(93.23±4.67)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.830、15.686、16.437、9.795,P<0.001)。结论ACI患者接受阿替普酶溶栓治疗前实施阿司匹林预处理,可保证临床治疗效果,改善神经功能,提高生活能力,优势明显,应用价值高。Objective To explore the clinical application of aspirin preconditioning combined with alteplase throm‐bolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its effect on the neurological function and living ability of patients.Methods 95 ACI patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were conveniently se‐lected.The patients were divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=48)by the envelope method.The control group was given alteplase thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was given aspirin pre‐treatment+alteplase thrombolytic therapy.Compared of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results The NIHSS scores of the observation group at 24 h,7 d,and 14 d after thrombolysis[(4.24±0.88)points,(2.13±0.66)points,(1.35±0.33)points]were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi‐cant(t=10.019,19.673,22.082,P<0.001).The BI scores of patients in the observation group at 3 d,7 d,14 d,and 30 d after thrombolysis[(46.35±2.63)points,(60.32±3.46)points,(71.21±3.25)points,(93.23±4.67)points]were higher than those in the control groupe,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.830,15.686,16.437,9.795,P<0.001).Conclusion Pretreatment with aspirin before alteplase thrombolytic therapy in ACI patients can ensure the clinical treatment effect,improve neurological function,and improve living ability,with obvious advantages and high application value.
