摘　　要：党建与高校红色文化建设两者之间具有高度的相融性,党建为高校红色文化建设提供政治引领、思想引领和组织引领,党史为重点的高校红色文化建设是党建重要载体。高校应坚持党的领导制度、常态化学习制度和目标引领制度,加强马克思主义理论教育和基层党组织建设,并上好思政课,抓好师德师风建设,实现党建与红色文化建设的有机融合,提升高校办学质量,培养时代新人。There is a high degree of compatibility between the party building and the construction of red culture in colleges and universities. The party building provides political guidance, ideological guidance and organizational guidance for the construction of red culture in colleges and universities. The construction of red culture in colleges and universities with the focus on party history is an important carrier of party building. Colleges and universities should adhere to the Party’s leadership system,the normalized learning system and the goal leading system, strengthen the education of Marxist theory and the construction of grass-roots party organizations, give good ideological and political lessons, pay attention to the construction of teachers’ ethics and style, achieve the organic integration of Party building and the construction of red culture, improve the quality of running schools in colleges and universities, and cultivate new people of the times.
