摘　　要：当前,全国高校课程思政建设正如火如荼,并已取得显著成效。在我国体育事业蓬勃发展、北京冬奥会成功举办的今天,如何将课程思政有效落实于教学全过程,培养具有理想信念和国际视野的高素质体育人才成为新的课题。文章以黑龙江冰雪体育职业学院为例,解析公共英语课程思政建设的内涵,分析课程思政建设的必要性、可行性和长期性,分享自下而上进行课程思政建设的过程、经验与反思,以期为同类研究和实践提供参考。At present, the curriculum ideological and political education construction of the national college curriculum is in full swing, and has achieved remarkable results. With the vigorous development of sports in China and the successful holding of the Beijing winter olympic games, how to effectively implement the curriculum ideological and political education in the whole teaching process and cultivate high-quality sports talents with ideals, beliefs and international vision has become a new topic.Taking Heilongjiang ice and snow sports vocational college as an example, this paper analyzes the connotation of ideological and political construction of public English courses, analyzes the necessity, feasibility and long-term nature of curriculum ideological and political education construction, and shares the process, experience and reflection of bottom-up curriculum ideological and political education construction, with a view to providing reference for similar research and practice.
