摘  要:营养与膳食课程是高职护理专业的一门专业必修课。学习该课程对高职护理专业的学生具有重要意义。但在营养与膳食课程的教学中,普遍存在教学方法和模式滞后、学生学习兴趣不高、缺乏与时俱进的教学团队及教学考评体系不完善等诸多问题。为此提出创新教学方法和模式、激发学生学习兴趣、提升教师综合素质、完善教学考评体系等一系列优化措施,以期培养出具有高职特色的复合型和应用型人才。Nutrition and Diet is a required course for nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges. The study of this course is of great significance to the students of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges. However, in the teaching of nutrition and diet course, there are many problems, such as lagging teaching methods and modes, students’ low interest in learning, lack of teaching team keeping pace with the times and imperfect teaching evaluation system and so on. Therefore,a series of optimization measures are put forward, such as innovating in teaching methods and modes,stimulating students’ learning interest, improving teachers’ comprehensive quality, perfecting teaching evaluation system,etc.
