“双创”导向下远程职业教育人才培养路径分析

摘  要:近期国家出台了《关于深化高等院校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》,针对人才培养创新创业教育发展制定了详细的指导思想、发展方向以及整体目标等,意在改变我国传统教育模式,培养学生创新创业精神。我国创新创业导向下远程职业教育的现状是创新创业导向下远程职业教育体系缺失、人才培养目标定位不明、创新创业教育融入教学不足、实践教学开展效果不佳。为此,创新创业导向下远程职业教育人才的培养要理性安排课程体系、优化创新创业导向下的远程职业教育实践教学、采用多元化的教学方法与教学手段。Recently, the country has introduced The Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities. It has formulated detailed guiding ideology, development direction and overall target in view of talent training, and innovation and entrepreneurship education. It aims to change the traditional education mode in China and cultivate students’ innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. The present situation of distance vocational education under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship is the lack of distance vocational education system under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship, unclear positioning of personnel training objectives, insufficient integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into teaching, and poor development of practical teaching. Therefore, the training of talents under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship should rationally arrange the curriculum system, optimize the practical teaching, and adopt diversified teaching methods and means.
