摘 要:高度近视眼底改变可能和视网膜及脉络膜的微血管改变有关。光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)作为新兴的无创检查技术,能对视网膜组织形态和血管系统进行体内成像。并通过OCTA的自动分层及量化技术,对视网膜及脉络膜血流进行量化,为及早发现近视眼底病变及监测手术对近视眼底病变的发生发展提供极大帮助。本文总结了近视人群视网膜结构和血流的OCTA改变,以及白内障手术对近视人群黄斑结构和血流的影响。使眼科医生能够更全面深入地了解近视视网膜微血管的特点,为高度近视白内障手术后可能发生的血流改变进行预判和监测。The fundus changes in high myopia are highly associated with retinal and choroidal microvasculature alterations.As an emerging non-invasive screening technology,optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)can measure the retinal tissue morphology as well as vessel network in vivo.The retinal and choroidal blood flow are quantified by automatic stratification and quantification technology of OCTA,which have provided great benefits for early detection of the lesions in fundus structures of a myopic eye and monitoring the occurrence and progression of myopic fundus diseases.In this review,the OCTA changes in retinal structure and blood flow are outlined,and the influences on the macular microstructure and blood flow after cataract surgery in patients with myopia are summarized.Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of macular microvasculature in myopic eyes can assist ophthalmologists to predict and monitor the underlying microvascular changes of myopia after cataract surgery.
