摘  要:肝纤维化是慢性肝病导致的肝实质反复损伤及修复的结果,是发展到肝硬化的必经步骤,及时准确的早期诊治可以延缓甚至逆转肝纤维化的进展。非侵入性的肝纤维化诊断技术一直是临床研究的重点。近年来,利用影像组学对多模态磁共振的影像图像进行高通量的数据提取,使图像信息转变为定量的数字信息并通过相关组学模型的构建实现对肝纤维化的诊断及分期评估成为研究热点。本文就基于多模态磁共振成像的影像组学技术在肝纤维化诊断和分期中的临床应用进展进行综述。Liver fibrosis is the result of repeated damage and repair of liver parenchyma caused by chronic liver disease and is a necessary step in the development of cirrhosis.Timely and accurate early diagnosis and treatment can delay or even reverse the progression of liver fibrosis.Non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis has always been the focus of clinical research in recent years,radiometrics is used to extract high-throughput data from multi-mode magnetic resonance images,so that the image information can be transformed into quantitative digital information,and the diagnosis and staging evaluation of liver fibrosis can be realized through the construction of correlation omics model.This article reviews the clinical application of imaging omics based on multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis.
