摘  要:随着第三代半导体材料GaN的逐步成熟,基于其研制而成的高功率固态功放组件开始广泛应用于雷达发射机中。功放组件的性能参数对雷达的各项指标有极其重要的影响,同样针对它的测试也极为烦琐。文章基于Matlab软件开发测试软件,通过LAN接口、CAN总线实现工控机与测试仪表及待测组件间通信和控制,构建了一套可视化、自动化测试系统,规范了测试步骤、提高了组件的测试效率。With the gradual maturity of the third-generation semiconductor material GaN,the high-power solid-state power amplifier components developed based on it began to be widely used in radar transmitters.The performance parameters of the power amplifier component have an extremely important impact on the indicators of the radar,and the test for it is also extremely tedious.The testing software is developed based on MATLAB.The communication and control system between computer and instrument are realized through LAN interface and CAN bus.A set of visual and automatic test system is built,standardizing the test steps and improving the test efficiency of components.
