摘 要:热连轧液压压力AGC(厚度自动控制)是带钢厚度控制和精轧稳定轧制的核心。结合实际生产,创新了热连轧变压力AGC控制的方法,即在保证带钢正常轧制的前提下,克服了带钢温度异常、新品种模型设定不准、带钢尾部轧制压力大等产生的液压压下波动。生产实际表明,采用此控制方法可减弱多种因素对精轧液压压下系统稳定控制造成的干扰。The hydraulic pressure AGC control of the hot continuous rolling is the core of the stable rolling of the finishing and the thickness control of the strip. Combined with the actual situation, this paper innovates the method of AGC control of hot continuous rolling pressure, that is, under the premise of ensuring the normal rolling of strip, it overcomes the fluctuation under hydraulic pressure caused by abnormal strip temperature, inaccurate setting of new variety model, and large rolling pressure of strip tail. The actual production shows that after the adoption of this control method, the unstable control of the hydraulic pressure system brought about by various factors is subdued under the condition.
