摘　　要：该文针对电压源变频器整流电路,逐级搭建试验回路进行试验,并运用仿真软件进行仿真,对其中的二极管失效原因及影响因素进行了分析研究,并提出改善措施。In this paper,the rectifier circuit of voltage source converter is built step by step for test,and the simulation software is used for simulation,and the causes and influencing factors of diode failure are analyzed and studied,and the improvement measures are proposed.
