中药方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的meta分析

摘　　要：目的运用meta分析系统评价口服中药方联合美沙拉嗪对比单用美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法系统检索中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Clinical Trial、Cochrane Library、Embase和PubMed等中英文数据库,检索2017年1月15日至2022年1月15日中药方联合美沙拉嗪对比单用美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的随机对照试验(RCT),进行文献筛选、质量评价和数据提取,运用STATA14.0和RevMan5.3统计软件进行meta分析。结果共入选14篇文献,1233例患者。Meta分析结果显示,在治疗总有效率,改善腹痛、腹泻、脓血便等症状,减轻肠道炎性反应,降低溃疡性结肠炎活动度,增强肠道黏膜修复能力,提高患者生活质量等方面,服用中药方联合美沙拉嗪比单用美沙拉嗪具有优势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口服中药方联合美沙拉嗪的中西医结合疗法对比单用美沙拉嗪能显著提高治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with mesalazine versus mesalazine alone in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)by meta-analysis.Methods Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,VIP,WanFang,CBM,Clinical Trial,Cochrane Library,Embase,and PubMed were searched systematically to search the randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Chinese medicine combined with mesalazine versus mesalazine alone in the treatment of patients with UC from January 15,2017 to January 15,2022.Literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out,and meta-analysis was performed by STATA14.0 and RevMan5.3 statistical software.Results A total of 14 articles with 1233 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and mesalazine had advantages over mesalazine alone in terms of total effective rate,improvement of abdominal pain,diarrhea,purulent stool and other symptoms,reduction of intestinal inflammatory and activity of ulcerative colitis,enhancement of intestinal mucosa repair ability,and improvement of patients'quality of life,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapy of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with mesalazine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of UC,compared with mesalazine alone.
