摘 要:大风区高速铁路接触网定位器因易受频繁振动造成定位钩磨损,最终造成脱落打弓事故,故分析定位装置的力学性能劣化规律尤为重要。通过有限元分析方法建立含定位装置的弓网动态仿真模型,施加垂向和横向脉动风荷载,计算恒定风速和不同风速时定位装置的振动响应,分析定位装置的劣化规律。结果表明:恒定风作用下,靠近风源侧与远离风源侧垂向运动轨迹呈对称状态;相同风速条件下靠近风源侧的定位点最大抬升和定位支座反力较远离风源侧大,风速为30 m/s时定位点最大抬升为108 mm,定位支座反力为1870 N,风速增大时其增长速度更快;定位装置在靠近风源侧磨损风险较高;考虑受电弓因素后定位器最大抬升和定位支座反力均有所增加,且定位支座反力在风速30 m/s时增幅最大达22%。The steady arms of the high-speed railway overhead catenary system(OCS)are prone to wearing of the positioning hook due to frequent vibration in strong wind zone,resulting in steady arm drop-off and pantograph-collision accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the deterioration law of mechanical properties of the steady arms.The pantograph-catenary dynamic simulation model with steady arms is established by finite element analysis method.The vertical and lateral fluctuating wind loads are applied to calculate the vibration response of steady arms under two conditions of constant wind speed and different wind speeds,and the deterioration law of the steady arms is analyzed.The results show that under the action of constant wind,the vertical average displacement of the positioning points near the wind source side and far from the wind source side are symmetrical.At the same wind speed,the maximum lift of the positioning point and the reaction force near the wind source side are larger than those far from the wind source side.When the wind speed is 30 m/s,the maximum lift of the positioning point is 108 mm,the reaction force of the locator support is 1870 N,and the growth rate is faster when the wind speed increases.Steady arms near the wind source side suffer higher wearing risk.Considering the pantograph,the maximum lift of the locator support and the reaction force of the positioning support increase,and the reaction force of the locator support increases by 22%at the wind speed of 30 m/s.
