摘 要:目的研究氯己定凝胶(CHX),氢氧化钙糊剂(CH)及其混合制剂(CH+CHX)对牙齿抗折强度的影响。方法制备人类标准化牙根,随机分为4组,对照组(Ctl)应用双蒸水,药物组将药物导入根管,1、7、28天时检测并记录抗折强度。28天组扫描电镜观察根管壁微观结构并记录。数据进行正态性检验及统计学分析。结果28天时根管壁在CH组可见大量CH沉积,其余各组可见较清晰根管口形态。在同一时间,牙齿抗折强度表达趋势相同,从高到低依次为:Ctl、CHX、CH+CHX、CH。1、7天组内无统计学差异。28天时CH组及CH+CHX组牙齿抗折强度显著低于Ctl组(P<0.05);CH+CHX组高于CH组,结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂及氢氧化钙和氯己定混合制剂在应用28天后均对牙齿抗折强度有不利影响。混合制剂较单纯氢氧化钙糊剂安全;2%氯己定凝胶对牙齿抗折强度无显著影响。Objective To evaluate the fracture resistance of the teeth after the application of chlorhexidine gel(CHX)and calcium hydroxide paste(CH).Methods Human standardized tooth roots were prepared and randomly divided into four groups.Distilled water was used in control group.The medication was introduced into the root canal and the fracture resistance was measured and recorded on 1,7,and 28 days.The microstructure of root canal wall was observed and recorded by scanning electron microscope on 28 days.Results The teeth fracture resistance from high to low was control group,CHX,CH+CHX,CH.There was no significant difference on 1 day and 7 days.On 28 days,the fracture resistance of CH group and CH+CHX group was significantly lower than that of Ctl group(P<0.05).CH+CHX group was higher than CH group with no significant difference.On 28 days,a large amount of CH deposition was observed in the root canal wall of the CH group,and clear dentinal tubule morphology was observed in the other groups.Conclusions CH paste and the mixture of CH and CHX both had adverse effects on the fracture resistance of teeth.The mixture of CH and CHX was safer than CH paste.2%CHX gel had no significant influence on fracture resistance of teeth.
