急性白血病患者N-cadherin、CD133-2表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨神经钙粘蛋白(N-cadherin)、CD133-2在急性白血病中的表达及意义。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年2月在我院治疗的急性白血病患者110例(观察组),同时选取健康志愿者60例作为对照组。流式细胞术检测Ncadherin、CD133-2表达,比较两组表达差异以及观察组不同临床病理特征患者表达情况,随访比较不同N-cadherin和CD133-2表达患者的预后情况。结果 观察组N-cadherin、CD133-2阳性表达率为62.7%和46.4%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);N-cadherin、CD133-2表达与性别、年龄、体质量指数及白血病类型均无关(P> 0.05);N-cadherin和CD133-2表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。N-cadherin和CD133-2阴性表达者中位总生存时间为27个月,明显长于N-cadherin和CD133-2双阳性表达、Ncadherin阳性表达、CD133-2阳性表达者(P<0.05)。Cox风险比例回归模型分析显示:年龄、N-cadherin和CD133-2表达是影响急性白血病患者OS的独立预后因素(P<0.05)。结论 N-cadherin、CD133-2在急性白血病表达上调,与患者预后有一定关系,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of N-cadherin and CD133-2 in patients with acute leukemia.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute leukemia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017(observation group)and 60 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2,and to compare the expression difference between the two groups and the expression of patients with different clinical data in the observation group.At the same time,the prognosis of patients with different expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2 was compared.Results The positive expression rates of N-cadherin and CD133-2 in the observation group were 62.7%and 46.4%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2 was not correlated with gender,age,body mass index and leukemia type(P>0.05).The expression of N-cadherin was positively correlated with CD133-2(P<0.05).The median overall survival time of patients with negative expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2 was 27 months,which was significantly longer than those with double positive expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2,positive expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2(P<0.05).Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that age,N-cadherin and CD133-2 expression were independent prognostic factors for OS in patients with acute leukemia(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of N-cadherin and CD133-2 is up-regulated in acute leukemia,which has a certain relationship with the prognosis of patients and is worthy of further study.
