摘  要:艰险山区铁路工程复杂技术接口和众多的接口参与方增加了技术接口管理难度,而信息交换是进行有效接口管理的重要保障。为实现高效的技术接口信息交换,提出一种基于IFAHP-二维云的艰险山区铁路桥隧工程技术接口信息交换水平综合评价模型;根据信息沟通理论,分析艰险山区铁路桥隧间技术接口信息交换的影响因素,以此构建技术接口信息交换水平综合评价指标体系,并利用IFAHP为指标赋权;通过二维云模型评估技术接口的信息交换水平,借助MATLAB绘制综合评价云图直观反映评价结果,并计算综合评价云与标准云的贴近度,确定最终评价等级。以达嘎啦隧道和洞嘎雅鲁藏布江大桥的技术接口为例评价其信息交换的水平,验证了该模型的适用性和有效性。The complicated technical interface and numerous interface participants of the railway engineering in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas increase the difficulty of technical interface management,and information exchange is an important guarantee for effective interface management.In order to achieve efficient technical interface information exchange,a comprehensive evaluation model of the technical interface information exchange level of railway bridge and tunnel engineering in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas is proposed based on IFAHP-two-dimensional cloud.According to the theory of information communication,the influencing factors of technical interface information exchange between railway bridges and tunnels in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas are analyzed to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for technical interface information exchange,and IFAHP is used as the indicator to assign weights.The information exchange level of the technical interface is evaluated through the two-dimensional cloud model,the comprehensive evaluation cloud diagram is drawn with MATLAB to directly reflect the evaluation results,and the closeness of the comprehensive evaluation cloud to the standard cloud is calculated to determine the final evaluation level.The technical interface between the Dagala Tunnel and the Dongga-Yarlung-Zangbo River Bridge is referenced to evaluate the level of information exchange,and the applicability and effectiveness of the model are verified.
