摘 要:服役于自然环境下的纵连无砟轨道对温度荷载具有较强敏感性,在夏季高温作用下易产生轨道板上拱与层间相对变形等病害,严重影响列车运行安全。对服役状态下CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道进行植筋加固是现阶段控制轨道病害的主要措施。为研究植筋锚固方案的可行性,试验分析植筋后轨道板与砂浆层之间粘结性能变化规律。基于试验,建立CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道植筋锚固修复有限元模型,确定了最优的植筋数目和植筋位置。结果表明:轨道板植筋数量超过8根时,对抑制轨道板高温上拱变形的效果无明显差异;建议工务部门在植筋修复后,进一步关注植筋孔与接缝等位置处的开裂与破坏。The longitudinally connected ballastless track in natural environment is highly sensitive to temperature loads.Under the action of high temperature in summer,it is likely to cause such damages as relative deformation of the track slab and relative deformation between layers,which seriously affects the safety of train operation.Reinforcement of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track in service is the most important measure to control track damages at present.In order to study the feasibility of the anchoring plan of planting bars,the experiment and analysis of the change law of the bond performance between the track slab and the mortar layer with planted bars are conducted.Based on experiments,a finite element model for the anchorage restoration of the CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track is established,and the optimal number and location of the reinforcement are determined.The results show that when the number of bars implanted in the track slab exceeds 8,there is no significant difference in the effect of suppressing track slab deformation at high temperature.It is recommended that the track maintenance department should pay more attention to the cracking and damage at the positions of the bar planting holes and joints after the planting bar is repaired.
