摘　　要：随着工程建设项目审批制度改革的深入开展,各地均已开发建设市级工程建设项目审批管理系统。但是,省市分建的架构导致各地系统功能参差不齐,出现了工程审批改革效果差异化等问题。为此,主要以福建省为例,探讨全省统一的工程建设项目审批管理系统设计,解决系统分建存在的一系列问题。The management system for engineering construction project approval has been well developed and constructed in various prefecture-level cities during the institutional reform.However,the management systems were separately constructed by prefecture-level city and province,resulting in different system functions and reform effectiveness.Herein,the management system of Fujian Province was taken as an example to discuss the importance of unifying the management system for engineering construction project approval throughout the province,which helps to solve the problems of inconsistent management systems between province and prefecture-level cities.
