摘 要:六自由度磁悬浮电机具有无机械摩擦、直接驱动、可靠性高、高精度运动潜能等特点,在先进制造领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了六自由度磁悬浮电机的原理与结构,讨论了组合式、半组合式、对称式以及层叠绕组式四大类六自由度磁悬浮电机的研究现状,并分析了其特点,最后指出了六自由度磁悬浮电机未来的研究方向。Six-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF) maglev motors have advantages of no mechanical friction,direct driven,high reliability,high-precision motion potential,which have very promising applications in the field of advanced manufacturing.The principle and structure of the 6-DOF maglev motors were introduced.The research status of four categories of the 6-DOF maglev motors was discussed,where the four categories were combined 6-DOF maglev motors,semi-combined 6-DOF maglev motors,symmetric 6-DOF maglev motors,and winding stacked 6-DOF maglev motors.In addition,the characteristics of the four categories were analyzed.Finally,the future research directions of the 6-DOF maglev motors were pointed out.
