摘  要:以新时期高校贫困女生为研究对象,针对这一群体所面临的学校适应问题,从学校适应的七个维度评估服务对象需求,运用社会工作方法进行介入并开展行动研究。以个案研究的方式,探索整合型社会工作实务介入模式和路径对提升贫困女大学生人际关系适应、学习适应、校园适应、择业适应、情绪适应、自我适应及满意度的成效。介入过程、结果及满意度评估显示,该服务模式介入效果较好,服务对象的学校适应得到提升,达到了预期的服务目标。通过该行动研究,对于整合型服务模式在高校贫困女生学校适应方面的应用进行了总结和反思。Focusing on the current impoverished female university students about their school adaptation issues, the study is based on the seven dimensions of school adaptation to evaluate students’ service needs, and conducted action research through social work interventions. Through case study, it explored the effectiveness of the integrated social work practice model and pathway in improving interpersonal adjustment, academic adjustment, campus adjustment,career choice, emotional adjustment, self-adjustment and satisfaction of impoverished female students. The intervention process, results and satisfaction evaluation showed that the integrated service model was effective, the students’ school adaptation was improved, and the expected service goals were achieved. Through this action research,it facilitated the summarizing and reflections on the application of the integrated social work service model in school adaptation among impoverished female university students.
