神阙穴艾灸联合中药熏洗辅佐醒脑开窍法治疗中风后二便失禁效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察神阙穴艾灸联合中药熏洗辅佐醒脑开窍法治疗中风后二便失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2019年1月至2021年9月收治的68例中风后二便失禁患者,依据实施的治疗方案分为两组各34例。对照组采取西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上加用神阙穴艾灸联合中药熏洗辅佐醒脑开窍法治疗,7d后比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、压力性损伤发生率、睡眠质量评分、心理健康评分(焦虑评分、抑郁评分)、生存质量评分(生理、心理、社会关系、环境、总分)差异。结果:观察组的总有效率以及治疗后的生存质量评分高于对照组,压力性损伤发生率以及治疗后的睡眠质量评分、心理健康评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神阙穴艾灸联合中药熏洗辅佐醒脑开窍法治疗中风后二便失禁效果确切,且有助于改善患者心理健康水平、提升其睡眠质量与生存质量,降低压力性损伤的发生率,值得使用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenque point moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing assisted by Xingnao Kaiqiao method in the treatment of post-stroke fecal incontinence.Methods:A total of 68 patients with fecal incontinence after stroke who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group according to the implemented treatment plan.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Shenque acupoint moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing assisted with Xingnao Kaiqiao method on the basis of western medicine treatment.After 7 days,the total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of stress injury,the sleep quality score,the mental health score(anxiety score,depression score),and the quality of life score(physiology,psychology,social relations,environment,total score)of the two groups were compared.Results:The total fective rate and quality of life score after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the incidence of pressure injury,sleep quality score and mental health score after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Shenque point combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing assisted by Xingnao Kaiqiao method in the treatment of post-stroke fecal incontinence is effective and helps to improve the mental health of patients,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of pressure injury,which is worthy of use.
