摘  要:随着我国饲料禁抗和养殖减抗时代的到来,畜禽健康养殖面临畜产品质量和安全的双重约束及保护生态环境的压力,开发各种天然的功能性饲料添加剂以替代抗生素的作用成为必然发展趋势。浒苔多糖是浒苔中主要的功能活性物质,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、降血脂等多种生物学活性,是现代动物生产中新型抗逆功能添加剂开发的有效选择之一,具有替代饲用抗生素的潜在价值。本文主要围绕浒苔多糖的理化性质、生物学特性、营养生理功能及其在畜禽和水产生产中的初步应用进行综述,旨在为其高值化利用提供科学依据。With the withdrawal of in-feed antibiotic and the reduction of therapeutic antibiotic use in animal husbandry,livestock and poultry health breeding is under pressure to ensure the quality and safe of animal products and to protect the ecological environment.Thus,it is an inevitable trend that develop various natural functional feed additives as substitutes of antibiotics.Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide is the main functional active component of Enteromorpha prolifera with various biological activities,including immunomodulation,antioxidant and hypolipidemic,which is one of the effective choices for the development of new anti-stress functional additives in modern animal production and has the potential to replace antibiotics.In this review,we discussed the physical and chemical properties,biological characteristics,nutritional physiological functions of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide and its preliminary application in livestock,poultry and aquaculture production.This review helps to provide scientific basis for the high-valued utilization of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide.
