摘　　要：微生物发酵饲料是由微生物代谢作用产生的一类饲料,具有降低原料中抗营养因子含量、产生有益代谢产物、改善动物对饲料营养物质消化和吸收等特性及作用。因此,其在畜禽生产中有着广阔的发展前景。本文阐述了微生物发酵饲料及影响发酵品质的因素,并着重综述了微生物发酵饲料在动物生产中的应用,旨在为微生物发酵饲料的开发和应用提供参考。Microbial fermented feed is a type of feed produced by the metabolism of microorganisms.It can reduce the anti-nutritional factors in the raw materials,produce beneficial metabolites,and improve the digestion and absorption of feed nutrients.Therefore,it has a broad application prospect in animal production.Based on a brief introduction of microbial fermented feed and factors affecting fermentation quality,this review mainly focused on the research progress in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference for the development and application of fermented feed.
