摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血患者继发压力性损伤(PI)的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年1月到2021年6月,某三甲医院神经外科1307例Braden压疮风险评估表评分≤14分的脑出血患者的临床资料,根据住院期间是否发生PI,进行单因素方差分析与多因素logistic回归分析,探索脑出血的独立影响因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、Braden评分、清蛋白计数、使用了糖皮质激素和镇痛镇静药物是脑出血患者继发PI的独立危险因素。结论脑出血患者继发PI的发生率较高,在住院护理过程中应该重点关注影响因素。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of secondary pressure injury(PI)in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 1307 patients with cerebral hemorrhage(Braden score≤14 points)in the neurosurgery department of a class 3A hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The univariate difference analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed according to whether PI occurred during hospitalization.Then the independent influencing factors of cerebral hemorrhage were investigated.Results The multiple logistic regression results showed that the gender,Braden score,albumin count,use of glucocorticoids and drugs of analgesia and sedation were the independent risk factors for PI.Conclusion The incidence rate of PI in the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage is high,and the influencing factors should be paid attention to in the process of inpatient nursing.
