摘  要:新时代,高职艺术类学生的专业素养与专业教育问题逐渐受到社会各界的关注和重视。艺术生大多个性鲜明,习惯于自由散漫、无拘无束的生活,且思想跳跃性大,需要教育工作者结合其基本特征,制定合理的教学方案。针对当前艺术类专业教师缺乏对专业素养的深刻认识、专业素养教育的方式“滞后”、专业课程设置还不够合理等问题,高职院校应通过明确教育目标、革新教学方式、完善课程设置等路径,提升学生的综合素质,引导其形成健康的职业素养和价值观。In the new era,the professional quality and professional education of art students in higher vocational colleges have gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Because art students have distinct personalities,are accustomed to a free and unrestrained life,and have great leaps in their thoughts,it is necessary for educators to combine their basic characteristics and formulate a reasonable teaching plan.In view of the current lack of deep understanding of professional quality among art teachers,the“lagging”method of professional quality education,and the unreasonable curriculum setting,higher vocational colleges should improve students comprehensive quality and guide them to form health professional quality and value by clarifying educational goals,innovating teaching methods and improving curriculum settings.
