档案专业人员继续教育中的社会力量参与探析

摘　　要：文章通过对现阶段档案专业人员继续教育中社会力量参与的实践现状进行调研,发现存在着制度不健全、尚未形成长效发展机制、社会力量发展尚不成熟以及信息渠道不畅通等问题,并从制度体系、长效发展机制、社会力量自身能力以及沟通渠道等方面提出相应对策,以期为社会力量参与档案专业人员继续教育的实践提供理论支持和参考。This article explores the current state of participation of social entities in the continuing education of archives professionals and finds that there are problems such as inadequate systems,a long-term development mechanism not yet formed,the development of social entities is not yet mature,and inefficient information channels.This article proposes countermeasures in terms of institutional system,long-term development mechanism,social entities'own capacity and communication channels,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for the practice of social entities participating in the continuing education of archival professionals.
