摘 要:采用应对方式问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某中医药院校590名大学生进行问卷调查,评估和调查中医药院校大学生应对方式、心理健康水平的关系及特点。结果显示,中医药院校大学生心理健康水平显著好于全国大学生心理健康水平;强迫症状、人际关系敏感两个因子以及总分检出率居前三;学生更倾向于采用解决问题、求助等积极的应对方式;症状自评量表(SCL-90)总分及各因子与不同应对方式呈显著相关;解决问题、求助这两种应对方式负向预测心理健康水平,自责、幻想这两种应对方式正向预测心理健康水平。研究中医药院校大学生心理健康和应对方式之间的关系,有利于学校开展心理健康教育工作,关注大学生心理健康水平,引导大学生形成积极的应对方式,提升大学生的心理调适能力。590 college students in a Chinese medicine college were investigated with coping style questionnaire and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)to evaluate and investigate the relationship and characteristics of coping style and mental health of college students of traditional Chinese medicine.Results showed that the mental health level of Chinese medicine college students is significantly better than the national mental health level;the two factors of interpersonal sensitivity and the total score of obsessive-compulsive symptoms ranked the first three;students are more inclined to adopt positive coping methods such as solving problems and seeking help;the total score and factors of SCL-90 are significantly correlated with different coping styles;the two coping styles of seeking help for solving problems negatively predict mental health level,while the two coping styles of self-blame and fantasy positively predict mental health level.Studying the relationship between mental health and coping styles of college students of traditional Chinese medicine can help colleges carry out mental health education,pay attention to the mental health level of Chinese medicine college students,guide them to form a positive coping style,and improve the psychological adjustment ability of college students.
