摘  要:家校共同体已成为世界各国教育研究和学校改革的重要课题。新时代高校思政工作既承担着培养时代新人的重要使命,也面临着来自家庭的多元影响。建设以学生全面发展为主要目标的新时代家校共同体,既是高校思政工作精准育人的客观需要,又是高校思政工作“三全育人”的内在动力,更是高校思政工作改革创新的时代要求。应从创新思路,构建治理体系、推进供给侧改革、加强制度建设等方面推进高校家校共同体建设。The family-school community has become an important subject of educational research and school reform in the world. The ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era not only undertakes the important mission of cultivating new people in the era, but also faces the multiple influences from families. The construction of a new era family-school community with the overall development of students as the main goal is not only the objective need of precise education in ideological and political work in colleges and universities, but also the internal motivation of“three-wide education”in ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It is also the requirement of the times for the reform and innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems of family-school cooperative education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the strategic path of family-school community construction in colleges and universities from the aspects of constructing governance system, promoting supply-side reform and strengthening system construction,and strives to improve the main structure of education and improve the quality of talent training.
