从形气神三位一体生命观探析《备急千金要方》房中补益思想

摘　　要：房中术是古代研究优生学、性医学和性保健的古代方术,唐代医学大家孙思邈的《备急千金要方》中对房中术的阐述内容十分丰富,涉及到性心理、性技巧、性生活禁忌及方药补益等内容。形气神三位一体生命观是中医认识生命活动规律和疾病发生发展的核心理论,从形气神三位一体生命观来探究《备急千金要方》房中术通过调节脏腑形质、气机升降出入、情志变化对男性养生保健作用,揭示房中术的科学内涵、重视房中术对改善男性健康状况有现实的指导意义。The bedroom art is an ancient technique for the study of eugenics,sexual medicine and sexual health.Sun Simiao,a master of medicine in the Tang Dynasty,has written a very rich content of the bedroom art in the book of Beiji Qianjin Yaofang,involving in sexual psychology,sexual skills,sexual taboos and prescription medicine supplements.The trinity life view of Physique,Qi and Spirit is the core theory of TCM to understand the law of life activities and the occurrence and development of diseases.From the trinity life view of the Physique,Qi and Spirit,this paper explores the bedroom art in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang on male health care by adjusting the shape of the internal organs,the rise and fall of the Qi machine,and the change of emotions,to reveal the scientific connotation of the bedroom art,and to attach importance to the practical guiding effect of the bedroom art on improving men′s health status.
