摘  要:目的:探讨颅前窝底脑膜瘤患者给予眶上外侧入路切除术对炎性因子、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)及E26转录因子-1(ETS-1)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年7月绵阳市中心医院收治的共计102例颅前窝底脑膜瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(51例)与对照组(51例),均采用颅前窝底脑膜瘤切除术,对照组采用额底入路,观察组采用眶上外侧入路,比较两组手术相关指标、炎症因子、MBP及ETS-1水平。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间、术后卧床时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平明显提高(P<0.05),但观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后MBP、ETS-1水平明显提高(P<0.05),但观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在颅前窝底脑膜瘤切除术中采取眶上外侧入路,能够改善手术相关指标,减轻手术对炎症因子、MBP及ETS-1水平的影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of supraorbital lateral approach resection on the levels of inflammatory factors,myelin basic protein (MBP) and E26 transcription specific-1 (ETS-1) in patients with anterior cranial fossa floor meningioma.Method:A total of 102 patients with anterior cranial fossa floor meningioma who were treated in Mianyang Central Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group (51 cases) and the control group (51 cases) according to the random number table method.The anterior fossa floor meningioma resection was performed in the two groups.The frontal basal approach was used in the control group,and the supraorbital lateral approach was used in the observation group.The levels of surgery-related indexes,inflammatory factors,MBP and ETS-1 were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the operation time,postoperative bed rest time,and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).After operation,the levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) were significantly increased (P<0.05),but the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After operation,the levels of MBP and ETS-1 in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),but the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The supraorbital lateral approach in the resection of anterior cranial fossa floor meningioma can improve the operation-related indicators and reduce the effect of surgery on the levels of inflammatory factors,MBP and ETS-1.
