微创去腐技术联合树脂球法填充治疗龋齿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨龋齿患者接受微创去腐技术联合树脂球法填充治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年6月武汉市第九医院口腔科收治的120例龋齿患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(60例,微创去腐治疗)与观察组(60例,微创去腐技术联合树脂球法填充治疗)。对比两组的牙周健康指数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、不良反应、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组的牙周探诊深度、牙周探诊出血指数、菌斑指数、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的牙周探诊深度、牙周探诊出血指数、菌斑指数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1周及1个月观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现充填物脱落、继发性龋齿、牙髓炎的总发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将微创去腐技术联合树脂球法填充治疗应用到龋齿诊疗中,可达较理想诊疗效果,能减轻病痛,降低充填物脱落等不良反应发生风险,对促患牙的恢复有积极影响,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive decay removal technology combined with resin ball filling in patients with dental caries.Method:A total of 120 patients with dental caries admitted to Stomatology Department of Wuhan Ninth Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group (60 cases,minimally invasive decay removal treatment) and observation group (60 cases,minimally invasive decay removal technology combined with resin ball filling treatment).Periodontal health index,visual analog scale (VAS) score,adverse reactions and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the periodontal probe depth,periodontal probe bleeding index,plaque index and VAS score (P>0.05).After treatment,the periodontal probe depth,periodontal probe bleeding index and plaque index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of fillings falling off,secondary caries and pulpitis in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive decay removal technology combined with resin ball filling treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of dental caries can achieve ideal treatment effect,alleviate pain,reduce the risk of adverse reactions such as filling shedding,and has a positive effect on promoting the recovery of affected teeth,which is worthy of popularization and application.
