摘  要:干旱是制约新疆玉米生产的首要因素。本研究以包含384个玉米杂交种(F_(1))的群体为试验材料,开展F_(1)群体田间耐旱性鉴定,然后从F_(1)群体中选择耐旱性优异的材料,用各自骨干亲本进行回交,采用FarmCPU(fixed and random model circulating probability unification)进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明:与常规灌溉相比,干旱胁迫条件下玉米开花—吐丝间隔期(ASI)变长、株高变低、穗长变短,差异达到极显著水平;利用全基因组关联分析,共鉴定到16个耐旱性状(REC)关联的位点。Drought is the primary factor restricting maize production in Xinjiang.In this study,384 maize hybrids(F_(1))were used as experimental materials to identify the drought tolerance of F_(1) population in the field.Then,materials with excellent drought tolerance were selected from F_(1) population and backcrossed with their respective backbone parents.The genome-wide association analysis was performed using FarmCPU(fixed and random model circulating probability unification).The results showed that under drought stress,the anthesis-silking interval(ASI)of maize was longer,the plant height was lower and the ear length was shorter than that under conventional irrigation,and the difference reached a very significant level.Using genome-wide association analysis,a total of 16 loci associated with drought tolerance traits(REC)were identified.
