摘 要:目的研究瓷贴面厚度及唾液浸泡对瓷贴面复合体光学性能的影响。方法使用3种颜色的黏接剂将4种厚度的IPS Empress瓷贴面分别黏接在人工树脂前牙上,将瓷贴面-黏接剂-牙复合体浸泡在人工唾液中,用牙科分光光度计分别测量黏接前、黏接后及不同浸泡时间下的贴面中1/3的颜色坐标值,并计算色差。结果与黏接前相比,所有贴面在黏接后24 h均出现色差,厚度为0.3、0.5、0.7 mm的所有贴面色差值都超过可感知阈值,0.9 mm的所有贴面色差值均小于可感知阈值。经过人工唾液浸泡后的各组贴面与黏接后24 h相比,明度值和色相下降,红绿值、黄蓝值和彩度上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浸泡6个月时,0.3 mm组贴面的色差与其余厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有贴面的色差均小于可感知阈值。结论0.3、0.5、0.7 mm的贴面最终修复颜色可以通过改变黏接剂颜色调节,而0.9 mm的瓷贴面最终修复颜色受黏接剂颜色影响较小;唾液长期浸泡会使瓷贴面复合体产生色差,但试验时间内该色差变化肉眼难以发现,瓷贴面复合体的颜色稳定性较好。Objective In order to study the influence of the thickness of ceramic veneer and the immersion of saliva on the optical properties of porcelain veneer complex.Methods Three colors of adhesives were used to bond 4 thicknesses of IPS Empress porcelain veneers on the artificial resin anterior teeth.The porcelain ve-neer-adhesive-tooth complexes were soaked in artificial saliva,and the color coordinates measured at mesial sections of the veneers before and after bonding and at different soaking times via a dental spectrophotometer.The color difference was calculated.Results Compared with prior bonding,all veneers showed color differ-ence at 24 h after bonding.The color difference value of all veneers with the thickness 0.3,0.5 and 0.7 mm exceeded the perceptible threshold,while that for all veneers of 0.9 mm was less than the perceptible thresh-old.The color coordinates of each group of veneers after artificial saliva soaking were compared with those after 24 h of bonding:the L^(*),h_(ab) value decreased,the a^(*),b^(*) and C^(*)_(ab) values increased,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).When immersed for 6 months,the 3 groups of 0.3 mm veneers had a the color difference significantly different from other thickness groups(P<0.05).The color difference of all veneers was lower than the perceptibility threshold.Conclusion The final restoration color of veneers with a thickness of 0.3,0.5 and 0.7 mm can be adjusted by changing the adhesive color veneers with a thickness of 0.9 mm was less affected by the color of the adhesive.Long-time soaking of saliva will cause a color difference in the porcelain veneer composite,but such changes are difficult to detect with the naked eye during the experiment time.The color stability of the porcelain veneer composite is relatively good.
