复方金银花中药漱口水对大鼠实验性牙周炎的作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方金银花中药漱口水对大鼠的急性毒性及对大鼠实验性牙周炎的功效。方法将复方金银花中药漱口水作用于大鼠口腔,每天记录大鼠的体质量及生理情况,4周后,观察大鼠脾、肺、肝、肾的组织学改变;将30只大鼠随机分为实验组、阴性对照组和空白对照组,采用丝线结扎+涂布牙龈卟啉单胞菌+高糖饮食法构建大鼠实验性牙周炎模型。将该漱口水作用于实验组,20 d后,记录各组大鼠的龈沟出血指数及附着丧失值,并观察其组织学改变。结果实验组与阴性对照组的体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大鼠脾、肺、肝、肾未见明显组织学异常。实验组大鼠牙周组织中,炎症细胞浸润减少。结论复方金银花中药漱口水对大鼠无急性毒性作用,且对大鼠实验性牙周炎具有减轻炎症的作用。Objective To study the acute toxicity and efficacy of compound Chinese honeysuckle medicinal mouthwash on experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods The rats were treated with compound honeysuckle mouthwash.The body weight and physiological status of the rats were recorded every day,and the histological changes of spleen,lung,liver and kidney were observed after 4 weeks.Thirty rats were randomly divided into the experimental group,the negative control group and the blank control group.Experimental periodonti-tis model of rats was established by silk string ligation+Porphyromonas gingivalis coating+high glucose diet.The mouthwash was administered to the experimental group.After 20 days,the sulcus bleeding index and attachment loss value of rats in each group were recorded,and the histological changes were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the body weight between the experimental and the negative control group.The infiltration of inflammatory cells in the periodontal tissue of rats in the experimental group was decreased.Conclusion Compound Chinese honeysuckle medicinal mouthwash has no acute toxic effect on rats,and can reduce the inflammation of experimental periodontitis in rats.
