机用镍钛锉ProTaper Sx预备乳牙根管清洁效果的体外研究

摘　　要：目的体外比较机用镍钛锉ProTaper Sx和不锈钢K锉预备乳牙根管的清洁效果。方法收集离体乳牙,经截冠、分根后,分为细小根管、粗大根管和单扁根管,每类型根管各收集16个,按类型随机均匀分配至实验组和对照组,每组各24个,行根管预备。扫描电子显微镜下观察预备后根管管壁的清洁效果,按Marchesan.M.A评分并统计分析。结果扫描电子显微镜下见根中、上1/3段,2组管壁表面均见点状、散在分布玷污层;根尖1/3段2组管壁表面均见大面积片状玷污层。经Marchesan.M.A评分比较,根中、上1/3段,2组评分接近且均>3.4分(P>0.05);根尖1/3段实验组的评分稍<对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镍钛锉ProTaper Sx和不锈钢K锉对乳牙根管中上段的清洁效果均较佳,但对根管下段的清洁效果均较差,且镍钛锉ProTaper Sx较不锈钢K锉稍显不足。Objective The cleaning effect of nickel-titanium rotary instrument ProTaper Sx and stainless steel K-file for root canal preparation of primary teeth in vitro were compared.Methods Isolated deciduous teeth were collected.After coronal cutting and root separation,small root canal,large root canal and single flat root canal were classified into 16 for each type.Each type of root canal was randomly and uniformly distributed to the experimental group and the control group,each group 24.Nickel-titanium rotary instrument ProTaper Sx and stainless steel K-files were used for root canal preparation.The cleaning effect of the root canal after the preparation of two instruments were observed under the scanning electron microscope and according to the Marchesan.M.A standard for statistical analysis.Results Under the scanning electron microscope,the surface of the coronal and middle of root canal in Nickel-titanium rotary instrument ProTaper Sx group and stainless stell K-file group could be seen with a scattered dot smear layer.At the apical part of the root,a large area of flaky smear layer ould be seen on the wall surface of both groups.After scoring and comparing,in the coronal and middle of the root canal,the scores of the two groups were similar and above 3.4(P>0.05).In the apical part of the root canal,the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cleaning effect of the coronal and middle part of the root canal is good with Nickel-titanium rotary instruments ProTaper Sx file and stainless stell K-file,but that for the apical area is not good enough,and for ProTaper Sx even slightly less.
