数字经济产业政策环境对创新行为的影响研究--基于自我效能的视角

摘　　要：数字经济的全面发展开启了新时代,然而数字经济产业政策出现了“目标-效能”不适配情况,其应用于研发创新还存在一定的差距。基于社会交换和社会认知的理论视角,对620名数字企业创始人开展问卷调查,探索数字经济产业的政策环境是否能够有效促进创新行为,以及自我效能的中介效应。研究发现:(1)数字经济产业的政策环境是催生创新行为的有效因子;(2)政策环境对自我效能产生显著正向影响;(3)自我效能对创新行为产生显著正向影响;(4)自我效能在政策环境与创新行为之间发挥中介作用。政府应进一步优化数字产业环境,避免政策悬空;同时搭建产业数字集群平台,加速数字人才的培养;企业则应善用社会支持,提升数字创新自我效能。The all-around development of the digital economy has opened a new era.However,there is a"goal-efficiency"incompatibility in the industrial policy of the digital economy,and there is still a certain gap in its application to R&D and innovation.Based on the theory of social exchange and social cognition,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 620 founders of digital enterprises to explore whether the policy environment of the digital economy industry can effectively promote innovative behavior and the mediation of self-efficacy.The results show that:(1)the policy environment of the digital economy industry is an effective factor to promote innovation behavior;(2)the policy environment has a significant positive impact on self-efficacy;(3)self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on innovation behavior;(4)self-efficacy plays a mediation between policy environment and innovation behavior.The government should further optimize the digital industry environment to avoid policy suspension,at the same time,build an industrial digital cluster platform to accelerate the training of digital talents;enterprises should make good use of social support to improve digital innovation self-efficacy.
