摘 要:保鲜努力会通过影响新鲜度最终影响整个供应链收益,供应链主体可能会为了自身利益选择隐瞒保鲜努力水平。本文以团购平台主导的社区团购三级供应链为研究对象,在考虑新鲜度、市场需求及保鲜努力信息不对称条件下,对比集中决策和分散决策,通过设立“成本共担+收益共享”激励机制提升各主体收益并实现供应链协调,最后根据数值分析验证有效性,得出提高供应商和团长对保鲜努力的坦诚度对于供应链售价、销量、收益有一定的积极作用。Freshness preservation efforts will ultimately affect the income of the whole supply chain by affecting the freshness, but the entities in the supply chain may choose to conceal the freshness preservation efforts for their own interests. This paper takes the three-level supply chain of community group buying led by the group buying platform as the research object. Considering the freshness, market demand and the asymmetric information of freshness preservation efforts, and comparing centralized decision-making with decentralized decision-making, and through the establishment of an incentive mechanism of “cost sharing+revenue sharing”, it improves the revenue of each entity and realizes supply chain coordination, and finally verifies the effectiveness according to numerical analysis to conclude that improving the frankness of suppliers and group leaders of fresh-keeping efforts has a positive effect on the supply chain′s price, sales, and revenue.
