摘　　要：该文采用文献资料和逻辑分析法,对基于“互联网+”背景下的我国高校体育混合教学模式进行研究,以高校体育教学改革现状为依据,探讨线上+线下混合教学模式在高校体育中的建设与应用。研究发现,混合教学模式具有高效整合互联网资源、有效整合现有教育资源和更加充分利用学生的课余时间等优点。并提出了线上+线下融合、合理应用混合式教学、尊重客观差异性、优化教学方法、提高教师信息素养等建议。Using the literature and logic analysis method,studies the hybrid teaching mode of PE teaching in colleges and universities based on the background of"Internet+",and discusses the construction and application of online+offline hybrid teaching mode in college PE based on the current situation of college PE reform.The study found that the hybrid teaching model has the advantages of highly efficient integration of Internet resources,effective integration of existing educational resources and more full use of students'spare time.It also puts forward suggestions such as online+offline integration,reasonable application of hybrid teaching,respect for objective differences,optimization of teaching methods,and improvement of teachers'information literacy.
