摘 要:目的:分析八周高原冬训前后赛艇运动员测功仪5km成绩和无氧阈功率的变化,并分析测功仪5km成绩和多级递增负荷之间的关系。方法:以18名男子赛艇运动员为测试对象。在云南会泽(2280m)进行8周高原训练,在高原训练前后分别进行运动员的测功仪5km成绩及递增负荷测试,计算乳酸阈。结果:高原训练后测功仪5km成绩比高原训练前提高了0.68%(P<0.05);高原训练后递增负荷测试与高原训练前相比,第7级乳酸浓度下降了20%(P<0.05),无氧阈功率提高了2.91%(P>0.05);测功仪5km成绩与递增负荷测试第7级乳酸浓度和心率的相关系数分别是0.457(P<0.05)和0.546(P<0.05)。结论:8周高原训练能够有效提高男子赛艇运动员的测功仪5km成绩,降低递增负荷测试中的血乳酸浓度,且递增负荷测试的乳酸浓度变化更具有显著性。建议综合使用评价测功仪5km和递增负荷测试来评价运动员的有氧能力。Objective:To analyze the effect of 8-week altitude training on the erogometer performance of elite male rowers,and to analyze the relationship between the two evaluation methods.Methods:18 male rowers were recruited.8 weeks of altitude training were carried out in Huize,Yunnan province(2280m).Before and after the altitude training,the athletes'ergometer 5km performance and incremental load test were carried out to calculate the lactate threshold.Results The 5km performance of ergometer after altitude training was 0.68%higher than that before altitude training(P<0.05).After altitude training,the lactic acid concentration of grade 7 was decreased by 20.00%(P<0.05),and the anaerobic threshold power was increased by 2.91%(P>0.05).The correlation coefficients between the ergometer 5km results and the level 7 lactate concentration and heart rate were 0.457(P<0.05)and 0.546(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:8 weeks of altitude training can effectively improve the ergometer 5km performance of male rowers,and reduce the lactic acid concentration of incremental load test,and the change of lactic acid concentration of incremental load test is more significant.It is recommended to use ergometer 5km and incremental load test to evaluate aerobic capacity of rowers.
