摘  要:目的:了解某市放射工作人员眼晶状体基本状况。方法:对某市2021年574名从事放射相关工作人员健康状况进行调查分析。比较晶状体有无混浊,混浊部位情况;不同放射工种类别人员眼晶状体混浊情况;不同放射工龄眼晶状体混浊情况;不同工作单位人员眼晶状体混浊情况。结果:本次调查研究发现,在574名放射工作人员中,有95人眼晶状体混浊,发病率为16.55%,其中晶状体前囊下混浊人数最多,占晶状体混浊总人数的58.95%;放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊率与工龄存在一定关系,晶状体混浊发病率随工龄增加有增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期低剂量电离辐射对眼晶状体存在一定损伤,放射工作人员在放射相关工作中应加强自我防护意识。Objective:To understand the basic condition of eye lens of radiation workers in a city.Methods:The health status of 574 radiation-related workers in a city was investigated and analyzed.The presence or absence of lens opacity and the location of the opacity;the lens opacity in the workers of different radiation categories;the lens opacity in the workers of different radiation seniorities;the lens opacity in the workers of different work units were compared.Results:This survey showed that,in the 574 radiation workers,95 eyes had lens opacity and the incidence was 16.55%,among them the number of opacity in anterior lens capsule was dominant,accounting for 58.95%of the total number of lens opacity.There was a certain relationship between the eye lens opacity rate and the seniority of the radiation workers,and the incidence of lens opacity increased with the increasing length of service,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation damages the eye lens.Radiation workers should strengthen their self-protection consciousness in radiation-related work.
