军队疗养中心学科建设思考

摘　　要：学科建设是军队疗养中心发展的核心与基石,在新的形势任务下,如何聚焦备战打仗、聚力改革重塑,加快推进学科建设,构建一切为了打仗的疗养保障体系,是当前需要研究解决的问题。该文分析了当前军队疗养中心在学科体系、技术、人才培养和科研等方面存在的主要问题,从制定建设规划、突出硬件建设、重视人才引育、增强科技含量、加强科研工作、注重能力提升和提高收治数量7个方面,提出了学科建设的构想和举措,以期加速疗养中心学科建设,胜任使命任务。Discipline construction is the core and cornerstone of the development of military recuperation centers.Under the new situation and task,how to focus on war preparation,reform and remolding,accelerate discipline construction,and construct all the recuperation guarantee system for war are the current problems that need to be solved.This paper analyzes the current army rehabilitation center in the subject system,technology,talent cultivation and the main problems existing in aspects of scientific research,from the development construction planning,highlight the hardware construction,attaches great importance to the talent education,enhance the technology content,strengthen the scientific research work,pay attention to the ability to enhance and improve the number from seven aspects,this article puts forward the idea of subject construction and measures,In order to accelerate the discipline construction of the convalescent center,qualified for the mission and task.
