摘　　要：目的:探讨移动手术护理排班系统在手术室人力资源配置中的运用效果。方法:设计开发移动手术护理排班系统,以移动手术护理排班模式代替传统手工排班模式,构成弹性班次模块,将人员动态数据与手术进程相关联,对比分析应用前后观测指标以评价应用效果。结果:移动手术护理排班系统实现了对人员的动态和高效管理,使用移动手术护理排班系统后管理者排班时间明显缩短,护理人员的满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移动手术护理排班系统提高了护理管理者的排班效率,有助于护理管理者合理决策;通过可视化排班,提高了排班公平性和护士对排班的满意度,有助于激发护理人员工作积极性,同时实现了手术排班管理的信息化。Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying the mobile surgical nursing scheduling system in operating room human resources allocation. Methods A mobile surgical nursing scheduling system was designed and developed to replace the traditional manual scheduling model with the mobile surgical nursing scheduling model,which contains a flexible shift module. The dynamic data of personnel were associated with the surgical process, and the application effectiveness was evaluated by comparative analysis of observed indicators before and after application.Results The mobile surgical nursing scheduling system achieved dynamic and efficient management of medical staff.After the implementation of the system, the scheduling time of hospital administrators were significantly shortened and the satisfaction of nursing staff was improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The mobile surgical nursing scheduling system can improve the scheduling efficiency of nursing administrators and help them make rational decisions. It can improve the fairness of scheduling and nurses’ satisfaction with scheduling through visualized scheduling, and help stimulate the working motivation of nursing staff. At the same time, the informationization of operation scheduling management is realized.
