摘　　要：目的:测定并比较不同产地白术中挥发油、白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ的含量。方法:样品经水蒸汽蒸馏法提取测定挥发油含量,通过GC-MS法进行定性分析。采用RP-HPLC法测定白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ的含量,并对不同产地的白术进行含量比较。结果:临安於术、磐安白术、河北白术挥发油总量分别为1.9%、2.1%、0.6%;其挥发油组成主要为烃类的不同,而醇类、酯类含量无显著差异。HPLC法测定白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ,在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,r均大于0.9995;平均回收率分别为98.6%、98.6%,RSD分别为2.1%、1.8%(n=6)。结论:临安於术、磐安白术中挥发油和白术内酯Ⅱ、Ⅲ有效成分含量较高,河北白术中相应的含量都较低。Objective:The contents of volatile oil,atractylenolideⅡand atractylenolideⅢin Atractylodes macrocephala from different habitats were determined and compared.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by a steam distillation method and analyzed qualitatively by GC-MS.The content determination of atractylenolideⅡand atractylenolideⅢwas done by RP-HPLC.Results:Total volatile oil in atractylodes from Lin’an,Pan’an and Hebei were 1.9%,2.1%and 0.6%,respectively;The volatile oil components were mainly different in hydrocarbons,while similar in alcohols and esters.The HPLC method for the determination of atractylenolideⅡand atractylenolideⅢhad a good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients were r>0.9995.The average recoveries were98.6%and 98.6%with RSD at 2.1%and 1.8%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The total amounts of volatile oil,atractylenolideⅡand atractylenolideⅢin Atractylodes macrocephala from Lin’an or Pan’an are higher than those from Hebei.
